The largest real estate investment has been the office building SOL4, one of the largest passive-energy buildings in Austria at that time (2008).
„Better City, better Life“ was the motto of the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, China. More than 72 Million people visited this largest world exhibition to date. The exhibition featured a number of trends about ways of life and alternative scenarios of urban development and an environmentally conscious life. In the Austrian Pavilion the office building SOL4 was presented as a prime example of a modern office building using future oriented construction methods.
